My vocal card reader has stopped working. What should I do?

You can order a new one:

  • via your ING branch
  • by calling us on +32 2 464 60 04 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You can hand in your old card reader at any ING branch or deposit it free of charge at your local container park. ING pays Recupel and Bebat contributions for this purpose.
